Video & Content

AI video production:
one world, dozens of stories.

Ten separate videos usually look like ten different vendors. Ten videos from one world look like a brand that knows what it wants. We set the world first — who appears, where, with what props, in what colours and voice — and every piece of content grows out of that.

Four desks in this division

01

Ads & short films

Short ads, talking heads, product videos, short documentaries, corporate videos, music videos. Formats 16:9 · 9:16 · 1:1 · 4:5, from 15 seconds to long-form.

02

Social content & series

Twenty pieces a month that look like family. Your faces, locations, props, colours, and voice get locked, then reused across months — month nine's content is still family with month one's. Run as a monthly retainer, not a one-off project.

03

Strategy & analytics

We don't guess. We count first, then guess politely: your account's numbers get read first, the brief comes from those findings, and this month's results correct next month's plan. Account audits, topic research, editorial calendars, monthly reports.

04

Localization & subtitling

The video looks great — shame the language isn't theirs. SRT/VTT subtitles, burned-in subtitles, multilingual voice-over, script adaptation, down to the text that appears inside the image. This is our oldest field.

How a video project runs

Six steps, zero mystery.

  1. 01

    Brief

We ask questions until it gets tedious. That's the part that saves you time later.

  2. 02

    Strategy

The account's numbers are read first, direction gets decided after.

  3. 03

    Script Your approval

Every claim is fact-checked before it reaches the screen.

  4. 04

    Storyboard Your approval

You see the plan before we produce anything.

  5. 05

    Production

The crew works. You don't need to be there.

  6. 06

    Deliver & measure

Results get read, and feed next month's plan.

Frequently asked

How long does one video take?

The first draft is usually a matter of days after the script is approved, not weeks. What actually causes delays is rarely production — it's decision ping-pong, which is why there are two approval gates (script and storyboard) before production starts.

Can faces and style stay consistent across many videos?

That's precisely what we sell. Your brand world — faces, locations, props, colours, voice — gets locked once at the start, then reused across videos and across months.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. The brand world we build for you is yours, and so are all the final files.

Which languages for voice-over and subtitles?

Indonesian and English are the main lanes at the Studio. For other pairs, we just walk to the next desk: Translexi, our parent, whose whole business has been exactly that since 2009.

What formats and lengths?

16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 — from 15 seconds to long-form. One piece can be born in several formats at once, because making variants is precisely the work we hand to the machine.

Need something that isn't video?

Document translation and game, app, and website localization are our parent's desks — handled by the same people who've spent years guarding language for brands that can't afford to say the wrong thing.

We read both. The second one's usually more useful.
